Why Attend the World Universities Fair
Choosing an overseas university involves more than simply selecting a country. Students need to consider academic requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, course options, admission deadlines and their future study plans.
The World Universities Fair Islamabad brings these discussions together in one place.
Here are seven reasons students should consider attending:
- Explore universities from multiple countries.
- Compare different study destinations.
- Learn about available scholarships.
- Discuss admission requirements.
- Get professional study-abroad guidance.
- Ask questions about courses and universities.
- Attend either physically or through Zoom.
Explore 10+ Countries and Global Destinations
According to the event information, the World Universities Fair covers opportunities across more than 10 countries and destinations.
The event highlights:
- Australia
- Canada
- United States
- United Kingdom
- UAE
- Malaysia
- Europe
This gives students the opportunity to compare different destinations according to their academic goals, budget, preferred course and future plans.
Instead of making decisions based only on social media posts or general rankings, students can use the event to ask specific questions about their own academic profile.
Meet Opportunities from 1,000+ Universities
One of the key highlights of the World Universities Fair Islamabad is access to information covering 1,000+ universities.
With so many universities available internationally, finding the right option can be challenging. A university that is suitable for one student may not necessarily be suitable for another.
Students can use the event to explore options based on:
- Academic qualification
- Preferred subject or degree
- Tuition fee budget
- Scholarship opportunities
- Country preference
- Intake availability
- English-language requirements
- Career and future study plans
Getting personalised guidance can help students narrow down their choices before starting the formal application process.
Explore Scholarships Up to £12,000
Scholarships are one of the biggest concerns for Pakistani students planning to study abroad.
The event highlights scholarships of up to £12,000, giving students an opportunity to learn more about available funding and scholarship options.
However, scholarship amounts, eligibility criteria and availability can vary by university, course, country and student profile. Students should confirm the exact scholarship conditions before making financial decisions.
During the World Universities Fair, students can discuss their academic background and ask which scholarship opportunities may be relevant to their intended study destination.
Get Free Expert Consultation
The event also offers free expert consultation for students interested in studying abroad.
A counselling session can help students understand where they stand academically and what options may be available to them.
Students can discuss:
- Which country may suit their academic profile
- Which degree or course to consider
- University admission requirements
- Scholarship opportunities
- Tuition fee planning
- English-language requirements
- Application documentation
- Study-abroad application timelines
This can be especially useful for students who are still at the research stage and have not yet decided where they want to study.
Join the Virtual Event on Zoom
You do not necessarily need to travel to Islamabad to participate.
The event information also provides a Zoom Virtual Event option from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
This makes the event accessible to students who are currently living outside Islamabad or who cannot attend the physical event in person.
Students should register in advance and follow the event instructions provided by HR Overseas Education Specialist.
